As RVP of Sales at Blis, Courtney is responsible for driving ad sales revenue in the Central and West Regions and has worked with her team of Sales Directors to build strategic media and marketing partnerships with leading brands across various verticals. Prior to joining Blis, Courtney worked at ownerIQ (now InMar) as the VP of Agency & Client Investment & Strategy, where she helped drive both bottom up and top down sales for the organization. Courtney began her career on the media agency side of the business and spent 16 years working at some of the major holding companies such as GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, and Omnicom before making the switch to the sales side.
