Uzma Rawn Dowler is Major League Baseball’s Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Partnerships. She leads MLB’s global marketing efforts, partnering with league executives across all operations, revenue and technology departments and the 30 MLB Clubs to help present Baseball to its fans, grow the sport, and reach new audiences, while also overseeing the team responsible for securing, renewing and managing sponsorship agreements with Official League Partners across the world. Rawn works with organizations to create holistic partnerships that reach millions of baseball fans through MLB’s extensive assets including MLB.com, MLB Network, MLB digital properties and social media channels, special events, use of MLB intellectual property in advertising and promotions and more.

Rawn brings nearly 20 years of experience working hand-in-hand with Fortune 500 companies and sports teams to achieve their marketing goals – first at the National Basketball Association (NBA) before Premier Partnerships and MLB. Since joining MLB in 2015, Rawn has been instrumental in facilitating some of Baseball’s biggest and most impactful deals, such as the first-ever presenting sponsorships of each Postseason round including the World Series, and a cornerstone partnership with Google Cloud that has led to innovative technology enhancements across the organization.

Prior to her tenure at Major League Baseball, Rawn worked at Premier Partnerships where she was responsible for new business development and growth. In that role, Rawn secured sponsorship agreements for MLB and NBA teams, the AFL and landmark New York properties like Grand Central Terminal and the Intrepid Museum. Rawn also spent four years at the National Basketball Association in the league’s Team Marketing & Business Operations group. Rawn graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Sport Management.
