With a keen eye for cultural trends and a deep understanding of youth marketing, Fitzgibbons has been at the forefront of shaping digital commerce and the convergence of culture and business.
Fitzgibbons rejoined Complex in 2023 as President. Moksha was a part of the original team that launched Complex and spent 15 years of his career (2002 to 2017) helping build it into the media empire it is today, ultimately serving as Chief Revenue Officer. In his new position, Fitzgibbons is poised to drive the future vision of Complex, focusing on its growth and continued connection to the next generation. With a commitment to youth culture and a knack for creating meaningful partnerships that equally propel business objectives and cultural awareness at-scale, Fitzgibbons plans to ensure the company remains a vibrant and relevant cultural youth brand for years to come.
Prior to his role at Complex, Fitzgibbons served as the President of NTWRK, North America's premier livestream shopping platform. While there, he helped manage investments from some of the most successful entrepreneurs, brands, and influential entertainers in the world including: Jimmy Iovine, Drake, Live Nation, Goldman Sachs, Footlocker, etc. Fitzgibbons’ work with NTWRK helped redefine the shopping experience for Gen Z and Millennials, expanding the company’s influence beyond retail and entertainment.
Fitzgibbons extensive professional background includes a pivotal role as Group Chief Revenue Officer leading commercial efforts at Valence Media, overseeing the successful merger of MRC/Dick Clark Productions/The Hollywood Reporter/Billboard.
Fitzgibbons holds a wealth of experience in marketing to segmented youth subcultures, understanding the evolving landscape of music and cultural genres, and creating meaningful partnerships that resonate with varying audiences. He is dedicated to staying tapped into youth culture as he continues to shape the digital media brands of the future. With over two decades of industry experience, he has cultivated an invaluable skill set that yields exponential growth in each of his business ventures.
Beyond his professional achievements, Fitzgibbons is deeply involved in supporting artists of color through his work with the Perez Art Museum council and he also serves on the committee for art acquisition. He is additionally an active angel investor extending his passion for youth culture and music in his portfolio. He has three daughters that keep him young and on his toes.
