Mike Sotelo serves as the Vice President of Digital Creative and Experience Strategy at alma, where he’s been a pivotal figure since 2016. Under his leadership, his team has produced award-winning social and digital content for prominent brands such as Netflix, Pepsi, Molson Coors, McDonald's, Intuit QuickBooks, and Prime Video.

At alma, Sotelo oversees all aspects of digital and social strategy, creative development, and execution. He also plays a crucial role on DDB’s Global AI council and heads alma's AI task force, driving AI integration across communication strategy, creative development, and production.

Prior to his tenure at alma, Sotelo held the position of Head of Marketing for US Multicultural at Facebook. Before joining Facebook, he was with SapientNitro, leading teams in Miami and Atlanta, and spearheading digital strategy initiatives for high-profile clients including NASCAR, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Visit Florida, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Regions Bank.

Earlier in his career, Sotelo was the Senior Strategist of e-Commerce and Digital Media for Celebrity Cruise Lines. In this role, he worked with various internal and external stakeholders to optimize digital revenue streams and enhance direct business through the corporate website.
