Matt Rubin is the Chief Digital Officer for Popeyes North America, where he leads the brand’s restaurant technology and digital growth strategy. In partnership with marketing and operations, Matt works to seamlessly integrate the digital guest experience across the Popeyes brand.

Matt has been with Restaurant Brands International (RBI) since 2015, serving in various leadership roles across its portfolio. Prior to his current position, he led Regional Marketing for Popeyes and Burger King in the Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore. During his time in Asia, Matt played a key role in launching Popeyes in major international markets.

Over the course of his career with Popeyes and Burger King, Matt has worked across more than 50 markets in North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. He has partnered closely with franchisees to drive meaningful and sustainable sales growth around the world.

Matt holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Columbia University.
