As President of Cadent, Doug is setting a new standard for predictive advertising by connecting brands, publishers, and consumers. Prior, he led marketing and demand efforts at Rokt, a leader in ecommerce. Previously, Doug was CEO of dentsu Media guiding 4,350+ experts at Carat, iProspect, dentsu X and beyond across the Americas. Before launching dentsu Media, Doug was the first Chief Media Officer at 360i. He joined from OMD, where he led digital & innovation globally at a critical period in our industry and ran key client relationships. Doug has served as Chief Innovation Officer & General Manager at Meredith and at Carlson Marketing he created the loyalty provider's global agency services offering. Earlier, Doug served as Senior Partner & Managing Director at WPP's JWT, where he helped establish digital@jwt. Doug is a vocal cancer survivor and proud advisor to the American Cancer Society and Sandy Hook Promise. He received a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has studied ecommerce at the University of Chicago and artificial intelligence at UC Berkeley. Doug is a cyclist and skier, living in Connecticut with his wife, daughter, and son.
