Dana Hork is a transformational brand leader, entrepreneur, storyteller, and Founder & CEO of Beers With Friends, an agile creative agency helping ambitious brands solve high-stakes creative challenges in just five days. She partners with founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders to unlock fast, high-impact brand solutions through the agency’s signature ‘Beer Run’ sprint approach, delivering expert-driven creativity without the bureaucracy of traditional agencies.
Dana’s career spans brand-building, innovation, and marketing leadership from early-stage venture-backed startups to the Fortune 1. Previously, she was SVP of Marketing at Wonder, the innovative food super-app reshaping how people eat at home. She also served as Head of Social Media for Walmart, doubling customer engagement, driving positive press for the world’s largest company, and building new brand momentum in digital.
Earlier in her career, Dana was Head of Brand at Jet.com, shaping its positioning from launch through Walmart’s $3.3 billion acquisition. She also led Jet’s partnership with the Obama White House, launching the Community Diaper Program and signing the Equal Pay Pledge. She has also held sales, marketing, and brand leadership roles at PepsiCo and JPMorgan.
Dana holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Columbia University, and a BA in Economics and Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude and served as Chair of the undergraduate student government.
