Justine Siegal is the Co-Founder of the Women’s Pro Baseball League. In 2015, she became the first woman to coach for a MLB organization (Oakland Athletics, Instructional League). Justine founded Baseball For All in 2010; the national nonprofit creates access for girls to play, coach and lead. Her A’s hat is on display at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and USA Today dubbed her as one of the top 100 most powerful people in baseball (2017). Justine received her PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College.
