Join John Peel as he hosts a bodyweight high-intensity interval training workout, utilizing a mat and bodyweight movements. Designed to provide an effective workout this session will focus on Total Body: Upper Body, and Lower Body. This one will be using your body weight for resistance and your grit and toughness to make it to the end!
