Brooklyn Peltz Beckham is a culinary entrepreneur bringing the joy of discovery to the food industry. With over 16 million followers behind him, Brooklyn launched his personal brand in the culinary space in 2019 via social channels and is establishing himself as an industry staple with his latest venture, Cloud23.
In 2021-2022, Brooklyn hosted a social channel duly named Cookin’ with Brooklyn, emphasizing approachability and innovation in the kitchen. Peltz Beckham collaborated with notable names in the food space such as Adam Perry Lang, Nancy Silverton, Roy Choi and more. Inspired by the spirit of collaboration and culinary transformation, Brooklyn launched in own brand of hot sauces, Cloud23, in September of 2024.
Having grown up all over the world, with Cloud23 Brooklyn sought to fuse diverse flavors and authentic ingredients with a modern twist. Cloud23 became more than a passion project, plunging into the industry with an exclusive global launch at all Whole Foods Market stores. Brooklyn’s meticulous involvement in every aspect of creating this product — including recipe, bottle design, packaging and sustainability — is an homage to his commitment to innovation in the food industry.
Cloud23 has since expanded into Erewhon markets and become available on Amazon Prime. The company has furthered its commitment to expansion with collaborations with companies and restaurants such as Mora Mora, Jefferson’s Rye Whiskey, Campo Grande for Bristol Farms, Mimi Chengs and more.
Aside from his personal ventures, Brooklyn has partnered with brands across multiple industries including Chosen Foods, Mugler, Courreges, Uber Eats, Bailey’s, Cash App and more. He has been featured in publications such as Bon Appétit, GQ, Delish, Forbes, Grazia, Harper’s Bazaar, VOGUE, Variety and more.
Brooklyn spends his time between Los Angeles, New York, Miami and the United Kingdom; and he continues to be represented by Range, Gersh and imPRint.
