Dana Paolucci is the Head of PR & Influence for Dove, responsible for driving all strategy and execution for influencer, external communications, partnerships and campaigns for the Dove brand in North America.    

Dana’s integrated communications background is rooted in purpose driven beauty marketing, with the steadfast belief that beauty should be accessible to all. With a strong sense of industry trends and passion for pop culture, Dana has architected 360-campaigns and built relationships with a wide range of media contacts and industry tastemakers to deliver unmissable, results-driven programs that drive brand love.   

In addition to signing the brand’s first a-list celebrity purpose ambassador and leading its first-ever brand collab, Dana has worked on multiple award-winning campaigns for Dove during her decade plus tenure on the brand, including two Super Bowl campaigns, the Dove x Crumbl collab, Beauty Never Gets Old, CROWN and Dove Self-Esteem Project initiatives like the #KeepHerConfident campaign to keep girls playing the sports they love.    

Prior to joining Unilever, Dana was a Vice President at leading global communications firm, Edelman New York, dedicated to the Unilever business. Dana graduated from Colgate University, and is based in downtown New York City where she enjoys trying new restaurants and catching the latest concert.
