With over 13 years of experience leading award-winning campaigns across beauty, CPG, and lifestyle brands, Raven is a driving force behind the North America creator marketing strategy for a collection of brands within the Unilever portfolio—where she delivers culturally resonant, business-impacting programs at scale.
Raven’s career spans some of the industry's most influential agencies, including Atlanta-based Trade School/22squared, where she oversaw Home Depot’s influencer marketing program, a community of home improvement creators. Prior to that, she held roles early in her career at Edelman and MSL, where she led influencer strategy for Fortune 500 clients and emerging brands. Raven is an active mentor in the media and marketing industry, deeply committed to helping rising creators find their voice and advocating for pay transparency and equity.
