Amanda Earley is the Brand Director of Brawny® at Georgia-Pacific, where she leads the iconic paper towel brand through one of its most transformative chapters. She oversees the full business unit—from P&L ownership and brand strategy to innovation, packaging, supply chain, and sales—and is guiding one of the category’s biggest milestones in years: the launch of the new Brawny 3-Ply paper towels.

Because true innovation is rare in paper towels, Amanda paired the launch with a full brand refresh, bringing a stronger Brawny Man, bold creative, and activations that reach shoppers across media, retail, and digital channels.

Throughout her career, Amanda has built a reputation for setting a clear vision, driving results, and tackling challenges with creative problem-solving—whether developing new products, executing campaigns, or revitalizing underperforming brands. Her path has spanned industries from restaurants and hospitality to consumer-packaged goods, giving her a wide perspective on leadership and growth, and a deep appreciation for connecting with people.

Amanda holds a BA in International Development and Latin American Studies from Tulane University and an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. She is passionate about empowering teams and cultivating bold ideas that fuel long-term growth.
