Since joining as President in 2021, she reinvented the agency’s model, invested in cutting-edge capabilities, and nurtured transformational leadership. Her relentless drive to forge new paths, coupled with her passion for building lasting relationships, led to her CEO elevation in January 2025 and cemented her reputation as a trusted strategic advisor and inspirational leader.

Jessica has been the driving force behind Colle McVoy’s partnerships with iconic brands like Dairy Queen, Haribo, La-Z-Boy, Perdue, Vitamix, Frank’s RedHot, McCormick, Whirlpool, Stanley Black and Decker, and more. Colle McVoy’s recent accolades of Adweek Midsize Agency of the Year, Ad Age A-List Standout and Innovation SABREs Disruptive Agency of the Year are a testament to the consistent impact the agency has delivered for clients under her leadership. Jessica is committed to building a sustainable and equitable future, spearheading the agency’s DEIB initiatives, and achieving Certified B Corp status for the nearly 90-year-old agency.

Prior to Colle McVoy, Jessica spent over a decade at Digitas, where she crafted award-winning, data-powered creative strategies that earned more than 100 honors, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Data. While there, she led across many of Publicis’ top global businesses such as Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Bank of America, Sprint, P&G, General Motors and Goodyear.
