Remy Stiles is the CEO of Kepler North America, where she has been instrumental in transforming the company from a startup into a leading global digital marketing and media powerhouse. With over a decade of leadership at Kepler, Remy has driven substantial growth, scaling the company to over 600 employees across multiple global locations and building a prestigious client roster that includes major brands like DoorDash, Bloomberg Media, and Hasbro.

Known for her strategic vision and innovative thinking, Remy has played a pivotal role in expanding Kepler's service offerings. She led the development of Kepler Creative, a forward-thinking, AI-powered creative capability that integrates data-driven insights with decision-making technology to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns. This initiative has helped position Kepler as a leader in blending brand and performance marketing, an increasingly sought-after capability in today's landscape.

Remy was named by AdExchanger as a Top Women in Media & AdTech, and has been a key speaker at industry events including the Amazon UnBoxed Keynote, various panels at Cannes Lions, and Advertising Week NYC.

Beyond her business achievements, Remy is a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
