Christy Hoskins is the VP, Chief Marketing Officer at La-Z-Boy Incorporated, where she is leading the transformation of one of America’s most iconic home furnishings brands. Christy has been instrumental in modernizing La-Z-Boy’s nearly century-old brand, embedding consumer insights at the center of strategy, and positioning the company for its 100-year milestone in 2027.

Under her leadership, La-Z-Boy unveiled its first new brand identity in more than two decades and launched bold creative platforms like “Long Live the Lazy” and “Ban Reclining,” which expanded the company’s cultural relevance with younger audiences. She established the company’s first consumer insights function, fueled digital and physical customer experience transformation, and drove a shift from traditional marketing approaches to culture-first digital, influencer and earned media strategies.

With a career spanning global consumer brands and portfolios like KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Beggin’ and Beneful, Christy is a passionate advocate for consumer-centric leadership, cultural transformation, and the belief that iconic brands can fuel sustainable business growth.
