Victoria Lozano oversees brand-building initiatives, marketing activations and consumer engagement and experiences for one of the world’s most iconic, culturally resonant, authentic, and trusted brands.

In her role at Crayola—a company that has powered imagination and self-expression through color and creativity for more than 120 years—Victoria leads a dedicated team responsible for brand growth and loyalty, consumer communications, partnership marketing, digital/omni-channel marketing, interactive app portfolio, education marketing, and location-based entertainment and experiences. In addition, she was instrumental in launching Crayola Studios, dedicated to producing family entertainment content with creative self-expression at its heart.

Most recently, Victoria spearheaded Crayola’s advocacy initiative—Campaign for Creativity—with the goal of reframing creativity as a critical life skill and addressing barriers to developing a creative mindset that fuels innovation, problem-solving, and long-term growth.

Within the industry, Victoria is a respected marketing leader who was recently recognized by Forbes’ Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMOs, Campaign
US 40 Over 40, and Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing.

Victoria is a sought-after voice on creativity and brand leadership, most recently leading conversations at major industry events such as Adweek’s Brandweek, ANA’s Brand Masters and Masters of Marketing, Ragan and PR Daily’s Social Media Summit, and Mirren Live. She has been featured on prominent platforms including The Speed of Culture, The CMO Podcast, Marketing Over Coffee and The Ad Podcast, and her expertise is regularly featured in consumer and trade publications such as Parents, Forbes, Fast Company, and Brand Innovators.

Prior to joining Crayola, Victoria served in various marketing leadership roles at the major consumer brands of Cadbury North America, Miller Brewing Company, Warner-Lambert Company and Pfizer, Inc.

Her academic background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University with a specialization in Marketing and Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University with focus in Marketing and Classical Studies.

Victoria serves on the board of The Children’s Home of Easton located in Easton, Pennsylvania where she resides with her husband and three children.
