Graham Nearn has built a career strategizing, creating and innovating for brands that obsess over consumers who live at the intersection of sport, culture, food, beverage, performance and style.

Stanley 1913 has been on the market for 100+ years; Graham and the company are consistently innovating – always design-forward and anticipating what’s next. Graham was instrumental in successfully reinventing the brand to meet consumers wherever and whenever they want to connect and celebrate and as a result, the brand has become part of culture. 

Over the past nearly four years, Graham has authored and led a global reset of all Brand, Product and Design Leadership at Stanley 1913. Graham leads all Brand functions, Corporate, Social and Responsibility as well as Product Creation and Design. He ensures Stanley 1913 keeps its brand and product promises, while igniting and fueling joy among its community.

At Nike and adidas, Graham spent 22 years in GM and Senior Level Product Creation and Merchandising roles including Footwear, Apparel, Performance, Lifestyle, Women’s, Men’s and Kids Divisions, multiple categories across locations including the US, UK, Netherlands and Asia Pacific.

Graham is at his best when connecting with consumers, thinking strategically, driving purpose, building functional excellence, leading and coaching high performing teams, creating great culture and community, executing with fiscal and operational discipline and having fun along the way.

Curious, agile and decisive, Graham leads with optimism, creativity, confidence and collaboration. As an athlete and professional tennis coach he believes that team and culture is the cornerstone of business success. He is also a Hudson Institute Certified Professional Coach with a strong track record of hiring, including and empowering diverse teams and communities.
