CHOMPS
Stacey Hartnett is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Chomps, where she drives the brand’s growth strategy, consumer engagement, and creative vision. As one of the company’s earliest employees, she has played a pivotal role in scaling Chomps from a digitally native startup to a nationally recognized, omnichannel brand, building the marketing team to 30+.
Over six years, Hartnett has helped fuel more than 12x revenue growth and establish Chomps as a category leader in high-quality protein snacks. She has led the evolution of marketing toward a growth-oriented model that blends storytelling, community-building, and performance discipline, positioning marketing as a driver of brand impact and business growth.
Hartnett champions data-informed creativity and authentic consumer engagement, leveraging insights to deepen connections, strengthen loyalty, and expand the brand’s reach.
Prior to Chomps, Hartnett built her career at Rise Interactive, leading digital media, analytics, and UX for clients including Ulta Beauty, Pandora Jewelry, and Michaels, before heading the agency’s Paid Social practice. She began her career in traditional shopper marketing at News Corp, partnering with leading CPG brands like Mars and Post, and pivoted early to performance marketing as consumer behavior shifted online.
Hartnett holds a degree in Marketing and International Studies from the University of Connecticut School of Business. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she now resides outside Boston.
