Caroline Jackson
Chief Client Officer
adam&eveDDB
Caroline Jackson is a creatively driven marketer who is passionate about building and growing brands with her clients. She has founded agencies, run independent agencies, led very complex and charged global businesses and stood up global teams and models.

Australian born and educated she has worked around the world, providing her with a unique global perspective on her 20+ years in the industry. Caroline graduated from QUT, and has gone on to work in Australia, London, New York, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Amsterdam. Returning to New York is a very welcome homecoming.

Prior to joining adam&eve/DDB as Chief Client Officer, Caroline spent three years at TBWA running the Global adidas account. There she sold in and built out the ‘one agency’ model, developed the ‘team adi’ engagement model across multiple offices, and spearheaded the inception of Gen Z panel. Pre-Amsterdam, Caroline was responsible for setting up Special Group’s presence in the US where she set vision and culture for US office, cultivated award winning work for Uber Eats, and was responsible for bringing in multiple new LA-based clients. Prior to Special, Caroline was responsible for Elephant’s West Coast offices, and their founding clients Apple, Beats by Dre and Twitch. Before Elephant, Caroline was at Ogilvy for almost a decade, overseeing the Hong Kong office and brands like Marriott, Rolex and Asia Miles, and in their New York office leading both American Express and UPS. Pre-Ogilvy she worked at shops like R/GA, Publicis, Euro RSCG and JWT – just to name a few.

Caroline’s passion for ensuring success for all those around her is visible beyond her work in the agency world. She currently serves on the Advancement Committee for the Fulfillment Fund in LA, which works to empower youth through education and make college a reality for students who are educationally and economically underserved and under-resourced.

In her personal time she loves hanging out with her family and close friends and travelling as much as time (and work) permits. Any given morning you will find her running along her much-missed West Side Highway and conquering the survival of the fittest school drop off.
