Brad Hiranaga is the Senior Vice President of Global Brand and Experience Design at Marriott International, where he leads the Global Lodging Products organization. In this role, Brad is responsible for shaping the end-to-end customer journey across Marriott’s portfolio of 30+ brands in 144 countries, driving brand strategy, product and experience innovation, design excellence, and global standards. His work centers on creating distinctive, scalable lodging experiences that elevate brand preference and deliver meaningful value to guests, associates, and owners alike. Brad is passionate about travel and has visited England, France, Germany, Romania, Singapore, Thailand, India, and Italy in the last few months for work.
Before joining Marriott, Brad held Chief Marketing Officer roles at General Mills, Beyond Meat, and Cotopaxi, where he built a reputation for transformative brand leadership, breakthrough innovation, and deep customer engagement. His cross-industry experience spans global consumer packaged goods, plant-based food tech, and purpose-driven outdoor apparel.
Brad earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and a Business Leadership degree from the University of Puget Sound. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Vimergy, a wellness company specializing in premium vitamins and supplements.
