Previously, Francine served as Global Head of Marketing at Riot Games, where she spearheaded global marketing strategies for a portfolio of genre-defining games, including League of Legends and VALORANT. Under her leadership, Riot Games was named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Brands in 2023. Prior to that, she led Global Brand Strategy at Netflix, where she played a pivotal role in launching the company’s brand positioning and campaigns.

Her early career saw her shaping some of the world’s most iconic brands while at top creative agencies. She led the global launch of Procter & Gamble’s brand and revitalized household names like ESPN, Budweiser, and Lay’s through bold strategies and innovative creative campaigns.

Francine’s work has earned top honors at Cannes Lions, Emmys, Effies, One Show, and Clios, and she has been recognized as one of Forbes' Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMOs. She has also served as Jury President for Cannes Lions and the One Show Awards, contributing her expertise to celebrate and elevate the industry’s best work.
