Lina Polimeni is the Chief Corporate Brand Officer for Eli Lilly and Company, leading Lilly’s Corporate Brand Marketing and overseeing all promotional Media and Sponsorships efforts across the portfolio of Lilly Brands, including the Olympics and Paralympics Sponsorship and Sports Marketing at Lilly.
Lina’s career is defined by driving bold transformation fueled by her culture-first approach, data and creativity. Some of her previous roles’ highlights include standing up social media in the pharma vertical at Lilly and establishing the Multicultural Marketing Center of Excellence at Lilly. Lina has held various US and Global leadership roles, including serving as Regional Brand Leader for Cialis responsible for Australia, Canada and Europe, launching multiple successful DTC campaigns in various therapeutic areas and leading consumer marketing for Lilly’s Diabetes Business Unit.
Lina has been named Top 25 DTC Marketers, Ad Age Woman To Watch and MM&M Woman To Watch and has been appointed to AdAge “The List”. She sits on multiple industry boards and is a recognized voice of influence in the advertising industry when it comes to shaping future trends, transforming through digital expertise, and fueling creativity with data and culture. She is also a member of the Adweek Diversity and Inclusion Council and an executive mentor for the Adweek executive mentorship program. A seasoned and passionate industry speaker, Lina also serves on the MMA Board, the ANA Media Committee and is a Board Member for ColorComm.
