Bill Koleszar currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of American Family Care, the nation’s leading provider of urgent care, accessible primary care, and occupational health services. Before entering the healthcare industry, Mr. Koleszar held various senior leadership roles in global financial services companies, including serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing for U.S. Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and Commercial Banking at BBVA, one of the 50 largest banks in the world.
Prior to BBVA, Mr. Koleszar was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Wealth Management and Director of Product Development at Citizens Bank (a division of The Royal Bank of Scotland), where he also served on the strategic planning committee. Before his tenure at RBS, he was Chief Marketing Officer of Vesdia Corporation, a venture-backed technology company that was acquired by a private equity firm, delivering a significant return on investment to shareholders.
Mr. Koleszar’s groundbreaking research in the field of marketing has been featured in various publications, including Developments in Marketing Science, published by the Academy of Marketing Science; Enhancing Knowledge Development in Marketing, published by the American Marketing Association; and The Chief Marketing Officer Journal, jointly published by The CMO Institute and the American Marketing Association. Additionally, he has been interviewed and quoted as a subject matter expert on marketing and related topics by numerous print and broadcast media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, and The CBS Evening News.
Mr. Koleszar holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Furthering his education, he studied marketing leadership at Georgia State University and completed executive education programs in leadership, strategy, and service excellence at Harvard Business School.
