Marisa has worked with start-ups, scale ups and legacy businesses to help them achieve sustainable growth at all stages across B2C and B2B. Her consultancy, I Don’t Work Here Ltd. works with individuals and organisations to help build growth through pinpointing cultural relevance and offering as the core lever to market relevance, making creative consumers love and teams love to make. She started her work in advertising at the age of seven re-writing ads for her own attic radio station to an audience of one.


Prior to moving to fractional-based roles, Marisa held marketing head roles at Bloom & Wild and EVERPRESS ,and led Audience Development at NYTimes' T Brand Studio international. Most recently she was CMO at Good-Loop, challenging the ad industry by converting media spend into donations for good causes.
