Tom is an accomplished marketing and advertising executive with deep retail experience and a track record of revitalizing brands and igniting growth. As CMO at EverEve, a fast-growing women’s fashion retailer, he’s led a comprehensive brand and marketing transformation—tripling revenue, more than doubling customers, and expanding the business from a regional player to a national brand. Prior to EverEve, Tom was Chief Creative Officer at Best Buy, where he contributed to the company’s well-documented turnaround—building a 100+ person in-house agency and helping drive two years of sales and profit gains during a period of negative industry growth. Earlier in his career, Tom held roles at Fallon and Wieden+Kennedy and served as president of Peterson Milla Hooks (PMH). Under his leadership, PMH doubled in size and was recognized as “Comeback Agency of the Year.” Tom has worked with iconic brands including Target, Athleta, Sephora, Coca-Cola, United Airlines and Gap, and is a member of the ANA’s CMO Growth Council.
