Frankel became an “accidental” beauty influencer, first on TikTok and then across all social media platforms. She recently launched a new YouTube series that documents her days as an authentic influencer, taking viewers inside her home for a candid look at everything from her everyday life to field trips to the Olive Garden. Frankel boasts an impressive, Combined reach of 64.8 million across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat, Twitter, and Facebook (as of this morning) and her total followers combined is 8.5 million. Bethenny’s authentic beauty and food reviews, her hot takes, and no filter attitude allow her to connect deeply with her community and followers. Her reviews, which combine no BS content along with a serious dose of humor, make her a brand favorite. Frankel recently joined the cast of “Danger in the Dorm” for her Lifetime acting debut. She starred alongside Clara Alexandra in the film, which is inspired by the true story of the same name by true crime novelist Anne Rule.

Bethenny established the worldwide initiative, “BStrong in 2017” BStrong provides much needed cash cards and critical supplies to those affected by disasters worldwide, helping people in their times of need. In partnership with the Global Empowerment Mission, her team collects aid and donations from across the country to support this initiative and has supported families and individuals in all 50 states and 55 countries since its inception. As a result of Bethenny’s efforts, B Strong had marshaled over 10 million pounds of aid that was destined primarily for Puerto Rico. Bethenny helped coordinate the chartering of 55+ private planes to help deliver aid and relief to those hit hardest by the disaster. Raising approximately $1.25 million in cash cards and collecting over $20 million worth of disaster relief to distribute, this has been called one of the largest privately-run humanitarian efforts in US history. B Strong has recently supported immediate aid programs in the Bahamas after Hurricane Dorian, as well as Australia to help combat the devastating wildfires. Over 10,000 individuals, companies and foundations have contributed to B Strong’s efforts. After their relief efforts for the LA wildfires, BStrong and its partnership with Global Empowerment Mission recently hit over four hundred million in aid raised, a huge achievement by any measure; there are no signs of slowing down.

Bethenny's first business themed book, Business is Personal: The Truth About What It Takes to Be Successful While Staying True to Yourself" published in May 2022. It’s made up of hard-won truths, and practical business advice gleaned from 25 years of true experience. Bethenny's storied television career began with being the runner up on "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart". Her success there then led her to Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New York City,” followed by the spin-off series, "Bethenny Getting Married" and "Bethenny Ever After.” "Bethenny Ever After" was the highest rated series premiere in Bravo's history at the time of its launch. Viewers were captivated by her wit, wisdom, and humor as they followed her personal life becoming a mother and her professional journey creating the Skinnygirl empire. She eventually brought her distinct voice and candid point of view to “Bethenny,” where she hosted her nationally syndicated daytime talk show program. Skinnygirl Cocktails was sold to Beam Suntory in 2011. Skinnygirl Cocktails was the first ever, low calorie and ready to drink cocktail and one of the fastest growing liquor brands in history. It’s the first celebrity alcohol brand created and sold on reality TV. It paved the way for celebrities in the alcohol space. Her spirit, and drive has powered Bethenny to be named one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Celebrities by Forbes. Bethenny’s latest venture is her Forever Young wine. A female-led venture which created a wine that embodies the things that they cherish in life – quality, beauty, prestige, and fun. In partnership with the benchmark Provencal estate Château Roubine and nightlife and restaurant impresario, Seth Greenberg, this new venture combines Frankel’s adult beverage brand-building expertise and entrepreneurial nature with Greenberg’s hospitality savvy and Valerie Rousselle’s family-owned château, which dates back to the beginning of the 14th century and is one of the 18 estates classified as Cru Classé in Côtes de Provence. The 2023 launch includes the release of the 2022 vintage of a Côtes de Provence Rosé and a Prestige Cru Classé Rosé. Bethenny also has a stake in Mingle Mocktails, a brand that launched their first ever 6-can variety pack in summer 2023. In addition, the brand will be increasing its presence at various retailers across the U.S. such as: Costco, Total Wine, Whole Foods and CVS. Previously launched Mingle Mocktails are also available at Giant, Walmart, Publix and Wegmans.

As of 2025, Bethenny Beauty is working with McCo as their Chief Value Officer.

Bethenny was most recently seen on the second season of CNBC's Money Court with Kevin O'Leary. The duo reviewed, deliberated, and delivered verdicts of binding arbitration on a wide range of business disputes, money issues and dilemmas that every small and expanding business face.
