Lidiane Jones is an experienced technology executive with over 20 years of experience, and is known as a product and business innovator across consumer and business technology brands.
Most recently, Lidiane was the CEO of Bumble Inc. leading the company through a significant transformation to achieve its mission to create empowering connections in love, life, and work for today’s consumers’ needs.
Before that, Lidiane was the CEO at Slack bringing to life productivity in the era of Generative AI with the strategic lens of purpose built applications and automation for line of business users, especially CRM integrated with Salesforce.
Throughout her experience in the industry, she’s led teams and brought products to life across productivity, enterprise scalability, AI and machine learning. Before taking the helm at Slack, Lidiane was the EVP and GM for Salesforce Digital Experiences (including Marketing and Commerce Cloud), empowering Salesforce customers to deliver pitch-perfect customer experiences, driving lasting loyalty and business growth. Prior to joining Salesforce, Lidiane led Sonos’ software product team for 4 years and spent nearly 13 years at Microsoft as a leader in a variety of products, including Microsoft Office Shared Experiences, Enterprise Management, and Azure Machine Learning.
Lidiane holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a mom, an avid reader, and a lifelong learner of everything tech, economics, leadership and policy making.
