Bailey Williamson
Senior Vice President, Partnerships
TOGETHXR
Bailey Williamson’s journey in women’s sports started on the court, where she competed as a collegiate and professional volleyball player and experienced firsthand both the power and the gaps in the women’s sports landscape. That perspective now fuels her work off the court, where she is shaping what the future of the industry can look like.
As Senior Vice President of Partnerships at TOGETHXR, the women’s sports media and commerce company founded by Sue Bird, Alex Morgan, Chloe Kim, and Simone Manuel, Bailey leads revenue strategy and brand growth at the intersection of culture and commerce. She builds multi-platform partnerships, original content franchises, and cultural moments that connect brands to one of the fastest-growing movements in sports. Working with companies like Nike, Google, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, Stanley 1913, JP Morgan Chase, Google and Aflac, she helps turn investment into impact, proving that backing women’s sports is not just meaningful, it is smart, scalable business.
Before joining TOGETHXR, Bailey spent more than a decade building her career across the NBA and WNBA ecosystem. She spent five years at the WNBA as the league’s first dedicated partnerships hire, ultimately serving as Senior Director of Partnership Sales, where she was a key partner to the Commissioner and senior leadership in shaping the league’s commercial strategy. During that time, she conceived and launched the groundbreaking WNBA Changemakers collective, redefining how major brands invest in women’s sports. She began her career with the Atlanta Dream, spending five years expanding the team’s corporate footprint and deepening community engagement.
Over the course of her career, Bailey has generated more than $200M in partnership revenue, but her focus has always been bigger than the numbers. She is passionate about creating opportunity, elevating female athlete voices, and building a future where women’s sports are valued, visible, and invested in at the level they deserve.
