Gretchen Reisner is Executive Director and Head of Client Success for CVS Media Exchange (CMX), CVS Pharmacy's retail media network. She leads the teams responsible for client strategy, campaign execution, measurement, and operational excellence, helping brands unlock greater value from their retail media investments. 

With nearly 20 years of experience across retail media, analytics, insights, and marketing strategy, Gretchen has built a career at the intersection of data, innovation, and client partnership. She is known for translating complex consumer, media, and performance data into actionable strategies that drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and inform executive decision-making. Throughout her career, she has advised leading CPG brands, retailers, and agencies on omnichannel marketing, measurement frameworks, audience strategy, and revenue optimization. 

Prior to leading Client Success, Gretchen served as Lead Director of Client Insights & Strategy at CMX, where she helped shape the organization's measurement and attribution strategy aligning to industry standards, consulted on innovative shopper and audience insights capabilities, and partnered with senior leaders across sales, analytics, product, and finance to accelerate growth and elevate client outcomes. 

Before joining CVS Media Exchange, Gretchen held leadership roles at Firework and Quotient Technologies (Neptune), where she led analytics, business intelligence, and strategic consulting initiatives for retail and CPG brands. She began her career at Empower Media, developing integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels for retail, CPG, and financial services clients. 

A recognized thought leader in retail media measurement and omnichannel strategy, she is a 2025 Path to Purchase Institute Retail Media Award winner. She holds a BA in Speech Communication from Miami University and resides in the Cincinnati area with her family.
