Kelly Lovell has a decade of experience as an expert in global strategy, youth engagement and social innovation programs. A 19-time award-winning entrepreneur, she is passionate about bridging opportunity gaps to prepare young people for the future and solve global challenges.
Kelly is CEO of BridgingTheGap Ventures, a social enterprise that produces digital media, events and experiences that unite leaders of today and tomorrow’s leaders together to inspire imagination, skills and innovation for the future. Kelly is also Founding Global Chair of YOUNGA®—the largest global festival for impact that annually connects young people with influential decision-makers to co-create solutions for a more inclusive, sustainable world during the United Nations' Decade of Action from 2020 to 2030. To date, YOUNGA has provided free leadership training and upskilling to nearly 4,000 young people across 158 countries and reached 330 million on social media.
