In her role as the chief digital and marketing officer, Zena Arnold leads Kimberly-Clark’s global marketing organization and drives initiatives to accelerate the digital transformation of the company’s brands and businesses. Her team advances data-driven marketing to build powerful relationships with consumers and spur growth for Kimberly-Clark’s essential, trusted brands that include Huggies®, Cottonelle®, Kotex® and Kleenex®.
Zena’s work goes beyond traditional marketing to reach people where they are today – – and where they’ll be in the future – while uncovering new ways to connect with a diverse base of consumers. She is known for her innovative approach to holistic marketing in addition to her ability to cultivate a best-in-class digital marketing function that’s creating powerful, purpose-driven experiences for consumers around the globe.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2020, Zena worked at Google, where she led brand and product marketing, partnerships and international expansion for the Chromebooks business, resulting in double-digit share growth. She began her marketing career at Procter & Gamble and Kellogg's, where she held a series of brand and portfolio management roles for brands that included Olay, Folgers, Pop-Tarts and more.

Zena sits on the leadership team for the WPP Marketing Transformation Council and the Data, Technology & Measurement CMO Growth Initiative of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). Additionally, Zena is an independent director on the board of EZCORP (NASDAQ: EZPW). She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Ohio State University.
