Janda Lukin was named Chief Marketing Officer, Campbell Snacks, in June 2019. She reports to Valerie Oswalt, President, Campbell Snacks.
Janda leads marketing strategy, consumer-led brand equity, and innovation across Campbell’s $3.8 billion U.S. Snacks division, which includes brands such as Goldfish, Milano, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps and Late July. The combination of these brands makes Campbell the country’s No. 3 snack food company.
Janda joined Campbell in 2016 as Vice President of Marketing, Beverages, and in 2018 was appointed Vice President of Marketing, Soup, where she delivered strategic and operational plans to revitalize the $1.7 billion soup portfolio including the Campbell’s, Chunky, Swanson, Slow Kettle, and Well Yes! brands.

Janda has nearly two decades of marketing experience in the food industry, including 14 years with Mondelēz International (formerly Kraft Foods) in marketing roles of increasing scope and responsibility across the biscuit, confectionary, and salted snacks categories. She was the General Manager, Global eCommerce, and led the company’s largest region portfolio as the Senior Director of North American OREO and Chips Ahoy! to top-line, bottom-line, and share growth.

She has led her teams to industry recognition in creative effectiveness and new product innovation, including Cannes Lions, Effie (OREO and Goldfish) and Top 10 New Product Pacesetters and Nielsen Breakthrough Innovation launches (OREO and belVita Breakfast biscuits).

Janda earned her B.A. degree in history from the University of Virginia and her M.B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University. She is a 2021 Woman of Influence in the Food Industry (Shelby Griffin Report).
