Kyle joined the Athleta team in April 2021, taking on the role of Chief Brand Officer, overseeing Brand Marketing Strategy, Creative, PR and Partnerships, Social Media and Visual Merchandising. She possesses exceptional brand leadership and multi-channel marketing innovation along with being a strategic brand thinker, able to define and deliver big visions – most recently spearheading Athleta’s partnership with Simone Biles and related campaigns.

Prior to Athleta, she was with American Eagle where she was the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer. She also brings extensive retail marketing experience from Kate Spade, Kenneth Cole and six years at Gap, Inc. prior to her current role.


Kyle was born in Japan and lived in Italy, the Philippines, and Australia, where she attended Monash University. She now lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two children.
