Crystal Eastman joined Zeta’s in June 2021 as their first Global Chief Marketing Officer. In this role Crystal oversees the Zeta brand, corporate communications, digital marketing and media, as well as sponsorships and events. Crystal’s team is responsible for marketing strategy and execution across Zeta’s business divisions.

Crystal is a versatile marketing leader, having spent her career driving Brand Strategy, Customer Acquisition, and Loyalty for iconic brands, such as The Trade Desk, American Express, BlackRock, Allstate, and Goldman Sachs. At The Trade Desk, Crystal developed Groundswell, a first of its kind Digital Marketing Festival that convened over 20k virtual attendees for discussions on the future of marketing. She also led TTD’s ConnectedTV campaign, which catalyzed new customer growth and contributed to doubling TTD’s revenue YOY revenue.

At BlackRock Crystal built a performance marketing organization from scratch and launched the iShares “Invest in something bigger” campaign, which garnered numerous industry awards for its category-busting story-telling approach. As an Executive at American Express, Crystal’s work to reinvigorate the value proposition of the Hilton Card was recognized by JD Powers as the “Top Hotel Co-Brand 2012.” Crystal also earned the American Express Pinnacle Award for exceptional leadership in 2013.

Crystal grew up in Miami, Florida, and graduated with honors from The University of Miami. She currently resides in New York City with her two children, Ilan (11) and Asha (8). Crystal was named a “Woman to Watch” by Brand Innovators in 2019, serves on the Board of the RuddUR Dance Company, and volunteers as a mentor for The Allstars Project’s Development School for Youth.
