As Chief Operating Officer, Katie is responsible for scaling Magnite’s global service operations and overseeing the company’s client operations, technical operations and business intelligence teams. Before merging with Rubicon Project, Katie was Chief Operating Officer at Telaria, where she was responsible for the operations of the company, and the alignment of its global strategy, roadmap, and processes to fully realize the company’s growth.

Katie joined Telaria in 2010. Her tenure included the oversight of teams across both the buy and sell side of the business, prior to the sale of the DSP in August 2017, including operations, client services, product marketing and HR teams. Evans has built and led teams that have transformed the company’s business. Katie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
