Kimberly Storin is the Chief Marketing Officer at Zoom, where she leads the company’s global marketing and communications organization. In this role, she oversees corporate positioning, communications strategy, product marketing alignment, and cross-functional go-to-market efforts.

Kim is a marketing and business leader with more than 20 years of experience across technology and enterprise organizations. Before joining Zoom in 2025, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Zayo Group, where she built the company’s first dedicated marketing and communications function, strengthened its market presence, guided integration of multiple acquisitions, and contributed to sustained commercial growth. Prior to Zayo, she was Chief Market Officer at RapidDeploy, a public safety-focused software provider, where she led market category development and supported significant revenue expansion.

Earlier in her career, Kim held senior leadership positions at leading global technology companies. She served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for IBM Cognitive Systems, where she directed marketing strategies for a business unit with multi-billion-dollar revenue and led turnaround efforts that supported consecutive quarters of growth. She also held leadership roles at AMD, where she oversaw brand and consumer marketing initiatives, and at Dell, where she built and led communications and go-to-market strategies tied to mergers and acquisitions.

Kim began her professional career in management consulting, spending five years at Deloitte Consulting in the Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures practice, advising corporate clients on strategic transactions and organizational integration.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Based in Austin, Texas, Kim is actively engaged in community and nonprofit leadership. She serves as Chair of the Women’s Fund at the Austin Community Foundation and is a founding member of the Austin chapter of Women in Revenue, where she supports efforts to advance leadership opportunities and career development for women in revenue-generating roles.
