Leonardo (Leo) Aizpuru serves as Chief Marketing Officer, leading Nespresso’s end‑to‑end global marketing organization across product, brand, consumer insights (CMI), corporate communications. In this role, he is focused on unlocking the full power of Nespresso’s distinctive brand and creating iconic, meaningful experiences that resonate with today’s and tomorrow’s consumers—wherever they are.

Leo joined Nespresso in February 2025, bringing more than 18 years of marketing leadership within the Nestlé Group. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided some of Nestlé’s largest coffee and beverage brands, holding senior brand marketing roles across multiple regions.
