Andreas Roell is CEO of Evros Group, an M&A advisory firm focused on amplifying the strategic outcomes of the most innovative owner and founder-led companies in media, marketing, entertainment, and technology. Under his leadership, Evros has guided numerous high-profile transactions, including Superdigital’s recent sale to Accenture Song, Residence’s strategic investment from Gemspring Capital, and Movers+Shakers’ acquisition by Stagwell. 

Previously, Andreas founded and scaled Geary Group into one of the largest independent digital performance agencies before its acquisition. He has since built, invested in, and exited multiple ventures across adtech and media. Andreas holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BS in International Business from UNLV.
