Jem serves as CEO of Publicis Digital Experience, leading a multiagency portfolio dedicated to driving brand growth through integrated digital experience capabilities spanning omnichannel marketing, CRM, and commerce. In this role, he sits on Publicis Groupe’s U.S. Executive Management Team and oversees agencies including Digitas, Razorfish, Mars United Commerce, and other experiencedriven businesses that advance the Groupe’s leadership in customer experience and digital innovation.

With more than 25 years of leadership across business transformation, marketing, technology, and consulting, Jem is a trusted executive sponsor and strategic partner to many of the world’s categorydefining brands. His client relationships span financial services, automotive, technology, healthcare, and CPG - including USAA, Bank of America, INFINITI, Samsung Electronics, Brookdale Senior Living, PayPal, and Nestlé Purina.

Before stepping into his current role, Jem served as Chief Growth Officer and Head of Industry Sectors for Capgemini Invent in North America, where he guided enterprisescale digital transformation. He previously spent 17 years at Sapient (later SapientRazorfish), holding senior leadership roles including President of the East Region, Global Managing Director, and Business Group Lead. During his tenure, he helped steer the organization through its acquisition by Publicis Groupe in 2015 and continued to drive its growth in the years following.

Jem lives in New York City with his wife and two children. He enjoys fishing, traveling, and training in classical guitar, and is a vocal champion of wellness and mental health in the workplace.
