Sean Tindale is a highly experienced global brand and marketing leader with more than two decades of international experience driving growth, innovation, and cultural relevance across iconic consumer brands and purpose-driven organisations. He currently serves as Head of Brand at LEGO® Education, where he leads global brand strategy, positioning, and creative expression for one of the world’s most trusted and meaningful learning brands — inspiring the builders of tomorrow through creativity, play, and purposeful education.
Across his career, Sean has held senior leadership roles spanning global brand strategy, marketing transformation, and creative excellence. His experience includes executive positions at companies such as Polygiene (Chief Marketing Officer), VERO MODA (Vice President of Marketing), and ECCO Shoes (Senior Global Marketing Manager), where he led multi-market teams and delivered measurable impact across brand equity, digital transformation, and omnichannel engagement.
Prior to his corporate leadership roles, Sean founded and led Cando Advertising, a strategic and creative agency in South Africa. Under his leadership, the agency grew from a boutique start-up into a respected partner for major international FMCG brands, delivering integrated creative and strategic solutions across food & beverage, retail, and consumer goods categories.
Known for his strategic clarity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to connect insight with execution, Sean has led category-defining product launches, brand transformations, and innovation initiatives that sit at the intersection of creativity, effectiveness, and business growth.
