Nicole Meier is an award-winning brand storyteller and strategic marketing leader who specializes in translating design, creativity, and culture into compelling narratives and experiences. As Global Director of Marketing at Pantone, she works closely with cross-functional teams to bring Pantone’s color expertise and innovation to life through product marketing, storytelling, and experiential activations — including the execution of Pantone’s Color of the Year program. She also collaborates on campaigns with some of the world’s most iconic brands at the intersection of fashion, design, and culture, helping to tell their color stories. From technology companies like Motorola, to music legends like Bon Iver, to iconic consumer brands like Spanx, Nicole works in close partnership with teams and partners to help bring the power of color to life across a wide spectrum of products and experiences.
Prior to Pantone, Nicole spent over a decade at Ultrafabrics as Director of Branding, where she led global brand and product storytelling, launched industry-first sustainable material innovations, and built partnerships with brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Virgin Galactic, MillerKnoll, Google Fitbit, and Steelcase. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology.
