Dan Reich is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Product, Design & Product Operations for the Direct-to-Consumer division at Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, where he leads a global team of nearly 150 professionals across product management, design, and operations. Under his leadership, Pluto TV has remained the leader in the FAST category and Paramount+ has grown to support nearly 80 million subscribers across 33 markets and 6 languages, spanning 20+ platforms and 70+ billing and distribution partners.
Dan is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Paramount+, Pluto TV and BET+, aligning cross-functional stakeholders across all business functions. His initiatives have driven significant business impact, including for Paramount+ optimizing the purchase funnel; launching personalized content discovery features; introducing a short form vertical video experience on the mobile app, enhancing sports experiences for the NFL, UFC and UEFA Champions League fans and supporting traditional MVPD and non-traditional entitlement partnerships. For Pluto TV, his initiatives have accelerated 1st party account registration and driven the accelerated growth of VOD viewing. During his tenure, Dan’s team also oversaw the integration of SHOWTIME into Paramount+ and launched ad-supported and premium tiers internationally.
Previously, Dan served as SVP of Global Product & Paramount+ International, where he built and scaled the international product development organization. He also led product development for BET+, Noggin, and MTV Play, and played a key role in the formation of the SkyShowtime joint venture.
Earlier in his career, Dan held senior roles in strategy and business development at Viacom International Media Networks, where he led corporate development initiatives, brand strategy, and M&A efforts—including the acquisition of Channel 5 in the UK and the integration of Pluto TV.
Dan began his career as a financial analyst in Salomon Smith Barney’s Global Technology Group. He holds both an MBA and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
