Since 2025, Marcos Lacerda has served as Vice President of Brand and Communications at TIM, where he leads advertising campaigns, corporate brand identity, social media, events, sponsorships, and the music platform, while integrating internal communications and employer branding into the strategic plan.
Known in the industry as MaLa, he brings more than 30 years of experience building and managing brands at some of the country's leading agencies and companies. Before TIM, he was Co-President of BETC HAVAS and later Vice President of Business & Marketing at Pullse (Dreamers Group). His career also includes Banco Original, where he helped launch the country's first digital bank, alongside agencies such as DM9DDB, W/Brasil, and Grey.
