In February 2025, he joined Unleashed Brands as Chief Marketing Officer, where he oversees marketing, brand performance, and consumer engagement across the company’s trusted youth enrichment brands: Urban Air Adventure Park, The Little Gym, Snapology, Sylvan Learning, Premier Martial Arts, Class 101, XP League, and Water Wings Swim School. Unleashed Brands is the world’s largest youth enrichment platform, dedicated to helping kids learn, play, and grow through a connected ecosystem designed to support children at every stage of development. Prior to Unleashed Brands, O’Toole served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Burger King US & Canada, leading innovative, high-impact campaigns that engaged millions across North America.
Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer for Mountain Dew, overseeing the PepsiCo Beverages North America "Flavors" portfolio. During his career at PepsiCo, he worked across eight $1B+ brands—including Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and Lay’s Dips in the US—and led global beverage innovation for Mountain Dew, 7UP, and Mirinda while based in Dublin, Ireland. He also led PepsiCo’s Foodservice/Away From Home Marketing team for Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa from London, expanding his global marketing leadership experience. O’Toole is also committed to meaningful board service. He has been twice elected as an Independent Director for US Youth Soccer and serves on the Board of Directors for the Burger King Foundation, contributing to initiatives that strengthen communities and empower young people.
