Dan Reynolds is Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Hilton, where he leads go-to-market strategy, media investment, content, partnerships, and marketing technology. With more than 20 years of experience building brands at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce, Dan is responsible for driving the continued strength of the Hilton brand, acquiring new growth audiences, and growing Hilton’s award-winning loyalty program, Hilton Honors. Since joining Hilton in 2022, Dan has launched Hilton. For The Stay, the brand’s first-ever unified platform and new Hilton brand identity, and built a cultural marketing engine that has put Hilton at the forefront of culture through partnerships with McLaren Racing, Lando Norris, Paris Hilton, Deepika Padukone, Spotify, Calm, and others. His team’s work has broken records across social platforms, driven measurable gains in global brand awareness, and produced some of the most talked-about campaigns in the hospitality category, like the company’s “It Matters Where You Stay” campaign. Prior to Hilton, Dan spent more than 12 years at Disney, where he held a series of leadership roles spanning social media, digital content, and streaming. As Vice President of Digital Media, he oversaw Disney’s ad-supported streaming properties across ABC, National Geographic, and Freeform. Earlier, as Vice President of Content & Audience Development, he scaled Disney’s global social presence to over 1.1 billion followers and launched editorial platforms that became key engines for Disney’s direct-to-consumer strategy. He began his Disney career by building the company’s first centralized social media organization from the ground up, creating the infrastructure, strategy, and team that grew Disney into an industry-defining force across every major social platform. Before Disney, Dan led digital marketing for the Lexus brand at Toyota, where he managed full-funnel campaigns, relaunched Lexus.com, and created the brand’s first social media presence, all while sharpening his expertise in luxury brand positioning and dealer network marketing. He began his career in Toyota’s competitive Marketing Development Program before moving into lifecycle marketing and CRM, where he helped implement the company’s first enterprise data platform. Dan holds a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Penn State University’s Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications. His work has been recognized by the Shorty Awards, D&AD, The One Club, and MMA Smarties, and he has been featured in Ad Age, AdWeek, The Drum, and Contagious.
