Kate Fedishen currently serves as vice president, Marketing Transformation, at DICK’S Sporting Goods. In this role, Kate focuses on creating seamless, athlete-centered experiences across our marketing and e-commerce touchpoints.  

She joined DICK’S Sporting Goods in 2017 as a senior manager of strategy and innovation, later moving into the role of director of brand and category marketing in 2020. She then became vice president of global brand and loyalty in 2023 before stepping into her current role. Prior to DICK’S, Kate spent seven years with Altria in various brand management roles. 

Kate earned her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Penn State University and her Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
