Kristin Patterson (KP) is the VP for Omnichannel Retail at Pinterest. Over the past 20 years, she has worked closely with retailers and retail media partners during her time at Pinterest, Google, TikTok, and Uber. This is actually her second tenure at Pinterest; prior to rejoining in 2025, she served as CEO of a Chicago-based startup focused on democratizing access to production facilities and distribution for creators and musicians. She is based in Chicago with her husband, Chad, and their 12-year-old son, Brayden. In her free time, she is an amateur runner & middle school basketball coach.
