Louise Johnson is Global CEO of Fuse, Omnicom’s sports and entertainment agency, overseeing a business of more than 450 people across 22 markets. During her leadership, Fuse has expanded significantly internationally, working with brands including Google, PepsiCo, Vodafone and Nissan, and has become one of the world’s leading sports and entertainment marketing businesses.
With more than 20 years’ experience across brand, client and media organisations, including Vodafone and RBS, Johnson has helped shape how brands use sport, entertainment and culture to drive growth. She also led the launch of Ignite, Fuse’s consultancy for rightsholders, advising organisations including Ferrari and the Premier League on commercial strategy and fan engagement.
Johnson serves on the Board of Omnicom Media Group UK and, in 2024, became the first female President of the Sport Jury at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Alongside her corporate career, she is Founder and Chair of Trustees of the Fertility Futures Project, a UK charity focused on improving fertility literacy and reproductive health education. Through research, advocacy and public awareness campaigns, the charity seeks to help people make more informed decisions about their reproductive futures.
She was named a Financial Times Woman of the Year in 2024, Campaign’s Trailblazer 2025 and is a member of WACL and a founding member of Anthropy.
