Gonzalo plays a key role in all aspects of multicultural and diverse media and marketing efforts initiated by WPP Media. The goal is to provide clients with a truly relevant and informative point of view of diverse audiences and suppliers across the US, resulting in tailored communications strategies based on in-depth knowledge of consumers and media.
Gonzalo first joined WPP Media in 2003 as Managing Director of MEC Argentina. Gonzalo has been recognized by the industry over the years: Media Maven of the Year (2014), Crain’s Visionary Award (2016), Executive Leadership Award (2017), Most Influential Latino in New York by El Diario (2018), AdWeek Stellar Marketing Execs Of The Year (2019), 20 Most Influential Latinos in Marketing and Media (2022) and The Ad Club of NY Icon (2023).
In addition to his role at WPP Media, Gonzalo is the Past-Chairman of the Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC).
